Shipping

  • Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3-7 business days.
  • Transit time depends on the destination and carrier service shown at checkout.
  • If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days so we can help with the carrier trace.

Returns

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • For size or style questions before purchase, use the Size Guide.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed to be reviewed for a return or exchange.
